IPRPA organised a webinar for its members on 30 June 2021. In the webinar, Mr Anthony CHIU, Chief Systems Manager (Data Analytics) from the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the Government of HKSAR gave a presentation on the latest development of blockchain technology in Hong Kong and Ms Elaine KHOO from Zuellig Pharma was invited to speak about on the application of blockchain technology specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. The IPRPA also invited an officer of the Hong Kong Customs who has been seconded to the International Criminal Police Organization to share on how the International Criminal Police Organization works with the private sector to fight against counterfeit medical products related to COVID-19.
