Reward Scheme to Combat Counterfeit and Trade Mark Infringed Pharmaceutical Products

The Reward Scheme is financed by the Hong Kong Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (HKAPI) and fully administered by the Hong Kong Customs.

The scheme is to encourage members of the public to provide information leading to the seizure of counterfeit or infringed trade mark pharmaceutical products of the participating Pharmaceutical Companies and arrest of any person under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362.

Members of the public can provide information through the Customs 24-hour hotline 2545 6182. All information of the informants will be kept strictly confidential.
